PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE - 2026 BUDGET

The Benton Charter Township Board will hold a public hearing Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 5:30 p.m., Township Hall, 1725 Territorial Road, Benton Harbor, MI 49022 to hear and consider comments on the proposed 2026 fiscal year budget, the 2026 Fire and Police Services Special Assessment Districts estimate of costs and expenses, and the property tax millage rate proposed to be levied to support the proposed budget and the fire and police services.
